Get in touch

One inbox, read by the people who build this. Email is the fastest way to reach us about anything to do with markhuman — billing, accounts, a result that looks wrong, or a security report.

Copy the address rather than looking for a form. There isn't one, and a clickable mailto on this page is what Cloudflare was rewriting into a broken `/cdn-cgi/` link for crawlers. The address below is the same one named in the privacy policy and the terms.

Email

support@markhuman.ai

Include what you were doing and what happened. If it is about a scan, the word count and the mode you used help more than a screenshot of the score. If it is about an account, write from the address the account uses. Do not send other people's unpublished writing, passwords, session cookies, or payment card numbers — we do not need those to look at billing or a detection result, and we will not ask for them.

What people write in about

Most mail falls into one of four buckets. Saying which one it is in the subject line is enough routing — there is no department behind a different address.

Billing and subscriptions

Invoices, plan changes, and payment problems. You can also manage or cancel a subscription yourself from the billing portal in your account menu. If a charge looks wrong, say so — a duplicate or a scan you were billed for after an outage is a refund we will make, not a ticket to sit on.

Account help

Sign-in trouble, or a request to delete your account and the records attached to it. Write from the address the account uses so we can confirm it is yours. There is no self-serve delete button today; an email is the way that request is fulfilled.

A result that looks wrong

Tell us what you scanned and what you expected. No detector is perfect, and reports of confident misses — especially on writing you know is yours — are genuinely useful to us. The word count and the mode you used help more than a screenshot of the score.

Security

If you think you have found a vulnerability, tell us before disclosing it publicly and we will work with you on it. Do not include credentials, session cookies, or other people's writing in that report.

Company

MiddleMatch OÜ Maakri 10 Tallinn Estonia

Registry code 17331356

Legal notices

Formal notices under the Terms of Service go to the address alongside, or to support@markhuman.ai marked for the attention of the company. markhuman.ai is operated from Estonia.

Before you write

The FAQ covers how the detector works and how to read a report, including the cases where the score is wrong. The Privacy Policy covers what happens to the text you scan — the short answer is that it is not stored — and the Terms of Service cover plans, billing, and the 14-day withdrawal right for EU consumers. Writing to ask a question those pages already answer still gets a reply; it just takes longer than reading them.

Is there a contact form or a phone number?

No. Email is the only support channel that exists today. There is no ticketing system, no chat widget, and no published phone number. Writing to the address on this page reaches the people who build the product.

How fast do you reply?

We do not publish a response-time promise, because none is staffed as an SLA. Billing and account-deletion requests are the ones we treat as urgent. If you are writing about a detection result, include the text length and the verdict you got — that is enough to look at it.

Where do legal notices go?

Formal notices under the Terms of Service go to the registered office of MiddleMatch OÜ in Estonia, or to the support address on this page marked for the attention of the company. The postal address is identification and a legal channel, not a support inbox.

Can I ask you to delete my account?

Yes. Write from the address the account uses and say you want it deleted. We will remove the account and the records attached to it. Billing records held by Stripe follow Stripe's own retention rules and any records we are required to keep for tax.

How support actually works

One inbox, no ticket number, no published SLA

There is no contact form, no chat widget, no phone number, and no helpdesk. Email is the only channel that exists today because it is the only one someone is actually reading. A form that files into a void would look more professional and help less. Copy the address on this page rather than looking for a mailto — Cloudflare was rewriting those into broken /cdn-cgi/ links for crawlers, which is why the address is shown as text.

MiddleMatch OÜ is an Estonian company (registry code 17331356), with its registered office at Maakri 10, Tallinn, Estonia. That address is identification and a channel for formal legal notices, not a support desk. markhuman.ai is operated from Estonia. The same entity is named in the privacy policy and the terms; if those ever disagree, that is a bug, not a second company.

Security reports: tell us before disclosing a vulnerability publicly and we will work with you on it. Product questions about how the detector or the humanizer works are often already answered on those pages and on the FAQ — including the uncomfortable ones, like whether a report can prove authorship (it cannot) and whether a rewrite will pass GPTZero or Turnitin (we will not promise that).

What we can actually help with

Write about the product, billing, or a result — not a prompt for us to run

The inbox is small. The fastest replies are the ones that include the one fact we would have to ask for anyway. The slowest are the ones asking us to humanize or scan a document on your behalf; those tools are on the site, free, without an account.

A charge, invoice, or plan change

Say what you were billed, on which date, and from which account email. The Stripe portal in the account menu handles cancellation and invoice downloads without waiting on us.

Sign-in or account deletion

Write from the address the account uses. There is no self-serve delete button today; an email is how that request is fulfilled. Billing records held by Stripe follow Stripe's own retention, and tax records follow the law.

A verdict that looks wrong

Word count, mode, and what you expected. Confident misses — especially on writing you know is yours — are useful to us. We still will not treat a single email as a re-grade of a document we cannot see in full.

API access

The detection API is early access: keyed, with real daily quotas, no published pricing yet. Tell us the use case and expected volume. We will set you up, or say honestly that we are not ready for your scale.
